Boat Sales Specialist

Victory Marine LLC is seeking a full-time Boat Sales Specialist. This opportunity is perfect for motivated and energetic professionals. A career in boat sales can be lucrative for the right person. Your role will involve working with customers to help them find the right boat while providing exceptional customer service.

Sales experience with a proven track record is preferred and having boating experience or a background in the marine industry is a plus. It's important to note that there is no cold calling involved; 95% of our leads come from viable customers.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be self-starters, ambitious, and able to collaborate well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Our Crew Members enjoy hourly pay, commissions on sales, and working hours of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with seasonal Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. 6 paid holidays. You can truly get paid to play on the water!

Service Technician NEEDED

Our business is growing and we have an immediate opening for an experienced service technician. 

The desired individual must be honest, reliable, and punctual and have a positive attitude. We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual that is looking to grow long term with our team. The position includes diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing, boats systems and outboard engines. Marine industry certifications are a plus, especially Mercury, Indmar and PCM.

 Position requires clean driving record and passing a drug test. The position also requires some travel and ability to operate our boats.

 Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. SEASONAL SATURADYS FROM 9-12. 



Service Department / Boat Delivery help


We are looking for a full time 40+ hour, 

Year-round position at our Dealership and in our Service Department.

Must have clean driving record, ability to back a trailer and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Service Department / Light Maintenance / Lot Porter


We are currently looking for a full-time Service Department/Light Maintenance/Lot Porter who can start immediately. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with seasonal Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The job includes assisting the Service Department with boat deliveries and pick-ups, installing and removing canopies, organizing and cleaning the dealership showroom boats, maintaining a clean and safe delivery area in all weather conditions, and organizing tops, motors, and drives.

We need a candidate who is a positive, motivated, high-energy, and detail-oriented team player who can work individually or with a team. The job involves some manual labor, lifting over 50LBS, using a pickup blade or snow blower, and requires a clean driving record, the ability to back a trailer, and the ability to lift up to 50 LBS. No HVAC or electrical experience is needed.
