Ron, of course, is the owner of Victory Marine. He was a part time employee here when he decided to purchase Victory Marine back in 1971. Since purchasing the business, he has more than doubled the size of the store's square footage and is now one of Nebraska's largest boating retailers in the state. Approximately 80% of the store's business comes from Omaha, Lincoln, and from residents right here in Fremont. Ron is not just the owner of Victory Marine but also takes care of selling boat docks and lifts, as well as trailer purchasing/rentals. He knows all about and sells our used motors and can help you find the perfect one for all your boating needs. As the owner, Ron wears many hats here at the store and is very involved with the day to day operations but that does not deter him from being at the store. He makes and takes the time for everyone he can to make sure his employees and customers are happy and satisfied with their Victory Marine choices.

Tim was born and raised in Fremont and was originally hired as a service specialist at Victory Marine in the Fall of 1999 after an extensive Military career. While helping technicians with their chores in the shop, Tim quickly picked up the technical knowledge and the passion which allowed him to quickly work his way up the ladder. Now, he is the service manager for Victory Marine a position in which he has held since 2010. Tim is certified in all of the product lines we sell and service here at the store. The service manager position is a fast-paced job, but Tim loves the numerous challenges and the unique satisfaction of fixing and fine tuning these massive machines to get them back out on the lake in the shortest amount of time. In his downtime, Tim enjoys traveling with his family usually for hockey or softball games. He also enjoys golfing and relaxing at the lake when time allows for him to do so.

Nate joins the Victory Marine family with a long lasting passion of working on vehicles, and recently switching to boats and has loved every moment. In Nate's free time he loves to go deer hunting with his family. During the summer time you can usually find Nate on his airboat or attending his daughters softball games. Nates favorite part of his job is the continuous education of everything new coming out!

Kenny's main job here is to pick up and deliver boats. He has quickly learned the method to the madness especially around the Spring and the Fall time. While Kenny is away from Victory a couple of his favorite hobbies are golfing, movies, and exercising. He loves to spend time outdoors. Kenny's favorite part of his job of course is going to all the lakes around here and picking up to delivering peoples boats!

Randy has been with Victory Marine for 3 years and says he never gets tired of it! In Randy's free time he loves to spend more time outdoors and go pheasant hunting. Randy also loves traveling and getting to spend time with his kids and grandkids and doing some outdoor activities with them as well. Randy's favorite part of this job is to be able to go out to private lakes and help deliver or pick up boats.

Dillon has been with Victory Marine for a year now, and is loving every minute of it! Dillon was raised in Schuyler NE and currently resides in North Bend. In Dillons free time he loves working on any and all vehicles. Dillons favorite part of his job is the rigging aspect! He loves to help customers customize their boats with all their accessories.

James is our newest employee and has been loving every minute of it since he has started. James was originally from Oregon but moved to Nebraska not to long ago. In James free time he loves to collect old coins, older jewelry, and collectables. James also loves spending time with his daughter. James's favorite part of his job is learning about all the different kinds of boats and seeing how they operate.

Sandra was born and raised in Upper Michigan where she lived most of her childhood. She would spend most of her time with her family going boating and camping. Sandra's father owned his own body shop in which Sandra spent the remainder of her time here helping her dad work on the cars coming into the shop. She began her working career in the auto dealership business and credits that as being the reason why it was so easy for her to make the switch into the marine industry. Sandra has lived in the Fremont area since 1990. She is married to her longtime husband, she has a beautiful daughter and a beautiful grandson named Ryder. Sandra began working at Victory Marine in March of 1995 and has since been running the office's day to day operations along with the Marine's storage and rental units. She also handles our transportation company and she does it all very well. You might even catch her selling a boat every now and then.
